We are for an HR Leave Administrator that will support employment leave functions for all Fraser program areas. In role, you will manage administration and communication regarding FMLA, ADA, injury management, and other leaves consistent with external agencies, Fraser policy, and procedure.

Qualifications:

  • BA/BS in Human Resources, Business or related field or equivalent education and experience required.
  • 3-5 years of leave administration and/or employee benefits experience.
  • Commitment to promoting diversity, multiculturalism, and inclusion with a focus on culturally responsive practice, internal self-awareness, and reflection.

Duties include:

  • Establish relationships to effectively assist with leave functions for all program areas.
  • Serve as the first point of contact with Fraser’s employees, supervisors, and third-party administrators regarding Family Medical Leave Act (FMLA), ADA, personal medical leaves, workers compensation, restrictions, OSHA and benefit changes resulting from employment leave.
  • Effectively communicate and distribute all relevant information to supervisors and employees which may include request forms, federal policies and notices, internal policies, medical certifications, restrictions, approvals and other communication. Make recommendations and seek guidance from Sr Benefits Manager/Compliance where appropriate.
  • Accurately communicate benefit eligibility status as it relates to workers compensation, FMLA, ADA, and personal medical leaves to ensure consistency with employees and third-party benefit contracts.
  • Collaborate with the Sr Benefits Manager and Benefits Specialist on the benefits/pay components of leaves.
  • Accurately complete paperwork for payroll in a timely manner including paperwork for employee change of status, terminations, and timecards.

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required. BA/BS degree in Business, Human Resources, Information Technology, or related field preferred, or equivalent relevant combination of education and experience
  • Prior experience working with HRIS and Payroll systems preferred
  • High proficiency and strong mathematical skills required
  • Commitment to promoting diversity, multiculturalism, and inclusion with a focus on culturally responsive practice, internal self-awareness, and reflection

Location & Schedule:

  • This position is working hybrid remote - must be available to come to the Richfield, MN office one day per week.
  • Monday-Friday, 8 am - 5:00 pm
