Construction Project Manager

- Project planning: Develop detailed project plans, including scope, schedule budget, resources, and risk management strategies
- Project Manager will coordinate with internal teams, subcontractors, suppliers and vendors.
- Monitor project budgets, expenses, and costs and implement cost-control measures
- Create and maintain project schedules, track progress and adjust timelines
- Review and negotiate contracts, change orders and subcontractor agreements and ensure compliance with contractual obligations
- Enforce safety protocols and regulations to maintain a safe work environment, address issues and conflicts
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field (preferred)
- Proven experience as a Construction Project Manager or similar role in the construction industry
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, techniques, and materials
- Computer Skills: Microsoft Word, Excel, Buildertrend, Google Calendar, Dropbox and Harvest
- Proficiency in using hand and power tools, including saws, drills, sanders and routers
- Meticulous attention to detail and craftsmanship, with ability to produce high-quality work that meets or exceeds client expectations
- Strong Communication skills to interact effectively with clients, colleagues and subcontractors
