Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Assistant General Manager to join our team in overseeing the operations of multiple retail locations. The Assistant General Manager will play a key role in supporting the General Manager in achieving business goals, maintaining operational excellence, and delivering exceptional customer service across all outlets.
Responsibilities:
Operational Leadership:
- Assist in the overall management of day-to-day operations across multiple retail locations.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and operational standards.
- Implement strategies to optimize operational efficiency and productivity.
Team Management:
- Supervise and support store managers and staff at various locations.
- Foster a positive and productive work environment.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to ensure high performance and growth.
Customer Service Excellence:
- Monitor customer satisfaction levels and implement improvements as necessary.
- Resolve escalated customer issues and complaints promptly and effectively.
- Promote a customer-centric culture throughout the organization.
Sales and Financial Management:
- Assist in developing and executing sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
- Monitor sales performance and take corrective actions as needed.
- Oversee inventory management and ensure appropriate stock levels across all locations.
Training and Development:
- Coordinate training programs for store managers and staff to enhance skills and knowledge.
- Ensure compliance with training requirements and development plans.
Communication and Collaboration:
- Serve as a liaison between ETTO leadership and individual store locations.
- Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among various departments and teams.
- Participate in meetings, conferences, and workshops as required.
Compliance and Safety:
- Ensure adherence to health, safety, and security protocols across all locations.
- Monitor regulatory compliance and implement necessary measures.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or related field (preferred).
- Proven experience in a managerial role within the retail industry, with multi-location management experience highly preferred.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire teams.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Solid understanding of retail operations, including sales, inventory management, and customer service.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and retail management software.
