Job Summary:

The Assistant Manager is a key member of the Double H Burger Company team, responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the restaurant. This role requires a high level of organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Scheduling and Labor Management: Coordinate with the General Manager to develop and implement effective scheduling and labor allocation strategies to ensure optimal staffing levels and minimize labor costs.
  • Marketing and Events: Assist in planning and executing marketing initiatives, including new product launches and promotions, to drive sales and increase customer engagement.
  • Team Development and Training: Provide guidance and support to team members to enhance their skills and knowledge, and contribute to the development of future leaders within the company.
  • Communication and Reporting: Prepare and present regular reports to the General Manager and other stakeholders on key performance indicators, such as sales, customer satisfaction, and employee engagement.
  • Operational Excellence: Collaborate with the General Manager to identify areas for improvement and implement process changes to enhance efficiency, productivity, and customer satisfaction.
