Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the recruitment process by posting job openings, screening resumes, and coordinating interviews.
  • Support the onboarding process by preparing new employee documentation and conducting orientation sessions.
  • Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with company policies and legal regulations.
  • Prepare HR reports, presentations, and documents as needed.
  • Respond to employee inquiries related to HR policies, benefits, and procedures.
