Job DescriptionJob Description

Award- Winning Premier Toyota is looking for an experienced Automotive Sales BDC Manager. We are searching for a self-starting professional ready to help create a new sales internet department.  

 

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the newly created Sales Business Development Center operations to ensure effective lead management and customer engagement.
  • Recruit, train and mentor BDC staff to deliver exceptional service and achieve sales targets.
  • Respond to all internet inquiries and generate appointments and effectively use all lead management tools.
  • Develop and implement strategies to generate qualified leads, maximize conversion rates and increase sales revenue.
  • Compile all necessary reports, forms and other documents on a timely basis.
  • Prepare individual call reports for BDC staff.
  • Participate and interface with other department heads.
  • Monitor BDC performance metrics, including lead response time, appointment setting and closing ratios.
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer satisfaction throughout all interactions with leads and customers.

 

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years experience as a Business Development Manager at an automotive dealership.
  • Strong organization and leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire team members.
  • Ability to teach and train staff to be disciplined, process-oriented and sales driven.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills 
  • Proficiency in CRM software and knowledge of social media and social media channel marketing.
