Automotive Sales BDC Manager

Award- Winning Premier Toyota is looking for an experienced Automotive Sales BDC Manager. We are searching for a self-starting professional ready to help create a new sales internet department.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the newly created Sales Business Development Center operations to ensure effective lead management and customer engagement.
- Recruit, train and mentor BDC staff to deliver exceptional service and achieve sales targets.
- Respond to all internet inquiries and generate appointments and effectively use all lead management tools.
- Develop and implement strategies to generate qualified leads, maximize conversion rates and increase sales revenue.
- Compile all necessary reports, forms and other documents on a timely basis.
- Prepare individual call reports for BDC staff.
- Participate and interface with other department heads.
- Monitor BDC performance metrics, including lead response time, appointment setting and closing ratios.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer satisfaction throughout all interactions with leads and customers.
Qualifications:
- 2+ years experience as a Business Development Manager at an automotive dealership.
- Strong organization and leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire team members.
- Ability to teach and train staff to be disciplined, process-oriented and sales driven.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in CRM software and knowledge of social media and social media channel marketing.
