Key Responsibilities
  • Perform vehicle maintenance work as assigned, adhering to dealership and factory standards to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Communicate effectively with the Parts Department and Service Advisors to manage production and customer communication.
  • Document work performed on each vehicle on the repair order.
  • Stay up-to-date with factory technical bulletins and participate in factory-sponsored training classes as necessary.
  • Provide an exceptional customer experience to drive loyalty and retention.
Requirements
  • High School diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience as an express/quick lube technician is preferred.
  • Attention to detail and ability to follow processes to ensure quality and safety.
  • Valid in-state driver's license and a safe driving record.
