By the Sea Resorts is seeking an experienced Front Desk Supervisor.

Description of the Role:

The Front Desk Supervisor plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of the hotel's front desk and providing exceptional customer service to our guests. This position involves overseeing the front desk staff, managing guest inquiries and requests, and maintaining a welcoming and organized reception area.

Responsibilities:

  • Supervising the front desk staff and ensuring efficient operations
  • Handling guest check-ins and check-outs
  • Providing exceptional customer service to guests and resolving any issues or complaints
  • Managing guest inquiries, reservations, and requests
  • Maintaining a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area
  • Coordinating with other departments to ensure smooth guest experiences

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a front desk or customer service role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and the ability to remain calm under pressure
  • Proficiency in using hotel management software and Microsoft Office suite
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Flexibility to work in shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
