POSITION: Assistant Food and Beverage Manager

LOCATION: San Antonio, Texas

HOURS: Full Time - weekends, holidays, evenings, days, and late nights required

COMPENSATION: $37k - $39K annual, depending on experience

ABOUT THE POSITION

  • This position will report to the F&B Manager. Bar staff will report to the assistance manager
  • Work with the F&B Manager to run concessions throughout the venue.
  • Increase speed of service, increase spend per head, and associate moral.

PEOPLE, PLACES, and THINGS

  • 3 venues with a combined total of over 6,000 capacity with bars/concessions located on 3 levels
  • Need to work with multiple other departments for success.
  • Need great guest relations, will interact with guests every show.
  • Physical job, walking throughout venue, on your feet and lifting heavy items.

EXPERIENCE and SKILLS

  • Must have 1 year experience in F&B Management or Hospitality Management
  • Must have Bar and/or Service Experience
