The Assistant Food & Beverage Manager's responsibilities may include:

  • Supports and Manages the Bar while working closely with the General Manager and Assistant General Manager - The Moon's Daughters and other hotel departments.
  • Ensures effective hiring, training, development, promotion and continuous reinforcement.
  • Leads and coaches the team towards achieving exceptional guest service and employee satisfaction results.
  • Full understanding of colleague engagement.
  • Assists in planning, coordinating and managing of special events and holiday functions.
Assistant Food & Beverage Manager is an integral part of the hotel's overall Food & Beverage team. Candidate must meet the following qualifications:
  • Full Time Management Position that requires full flexibility, ability to work weekends, holidays and a varied schedule.
  • Previous bar experience preferred.
  • A true desire to understand and anticipate the needs of others in a fast-paced environment.
  • Refined verbal and written communication skills.
  • must be proficient in general computer knowledge, including a working knowledge of point-of-sale systems.
  • Candidate should be extremely detailed oriented and organized.
  • Previous experience in Food & Beverage Management or Supervisor preferred
  • Must possess the following strengths: high energy, entrepreneurial spirit, motivational leader, effective communicator, and effective in providing exceptional customer service.
