The successful candidate will have a deep understanding of sales and sales operations processes, particularly within a consumer channel sales environment. This role requires a strong background in managing complex, highly integrated projects and the ability to translate strategy into actionable project-level tasks.Key Responsibilities:
Trusted Advisor: Establish credibility as a trusted advisor by actively listening and understanding business requirements, providing various options for consideration, and guiding stakeholders towards optimal solutions.
Stakeholder Engagement: Specialize in engaging business stakeholders, facilitating discussions that probe into the real business needs, and promoting open communication and cooperation among various business teams.
Process Innovation: Recommend process innovations and efficiencies by analyzing current state processes, user experiences, industry trends, and standard methodologies like Design Thinking and Agile. Challenge the status quo to deliver extraordinary, customer-focused solutions.
Regional Nuances: Understand and document the regional differences in current and future state processes to ensure that solutions are tailored to meet specific needs.
Project Execution: Lead master data projects and manage tactical project-level activities and tasks, ensuring the successful execution of project strategies.
Technical Troubleshooting: Possess the technical acumen necessary to discuss, strategize, write test scripts, and troubleshoot technical issues effectively.
Data Analysis: Perform data analysis to support requirements gathering, troubleshoot problems, and provide informed recommendations.Required Qualifications:
Must be located within commuting distance of Cupertino, CA, or be willing to relocate to the area.
BS or MS Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, or related field.
Minimum of 6 years of experience managing complex, highly integrated projects.
Strong understanding of sales and sales operations processes in a consumer channel sales environment (or similar).
Proven track record of leading master data projects with the ability to execute tactical project-level activities.
Solid understanding of project management approaches, tools, and phases of the project lifecycle.
Understanding of key architecture components, security, scalability, and other considerations when building corporate systems.
Excellent data analysis skills to support requirements gathering and troubleshooting/problem-solving.
Technical acumen to effectively strategize, write test scripts, and troubleshoot technical issues.
