The Danny Day Agency is seeking an Insurance Sales Producer to join our Sales Team We have been a pillar of our community for over the last 13 years involved in giving back to our community and our clients. Culture, Growth, and Client experience are all super important to us
As a valued member of our team, you will have the opportunity to sell new insurance policies to active insurance shoppers. You will be building relationships and educating your prospects about insurance while you help them solve their insurance problems. Since Customer Experience is so significant on our team, you will always leave your clients better off than when you found them.
Experience in the industry is not necessary. Our training and resources are top-notch; if you have what it takes, we will get you up to speed.
We have multiple locations here in California. Our team has room to grow and advance in their career with many different positions available. We will coach, mentor, and train you as you move up in the company. Our team is very close and family-oriented. We all work superbly together and have a fantastic team environment in our agency. Culture is SUPER important to us, and we hope you can add to ours.

Responsibilities
- Train daily with the team to perfect your craft
- Quote and Sell new policies to prospects shopping for insurance.
- Cross-Sell new insurance policies
- Write new Policies covering multiple lines of business
- New Leads are provided Daily from prospects actively shopping
- Quote and Sell Live Transfers from our Telemarketing Team
- Help prospects find gaps or missing coverages and offer them solutions.
- Ensure all Prospects and Clients have a fantastic experience
- Achieve goals by writing new property and casualty insurance from leads provided by the agency.
- Ensure that our Agency Sales Processes are followed consistently
- Responsible for accurate underwriting
- Be an amazing Teammate
- Be a great Role Model and Leader to your team
Requirements
Prior Sales Experience is Required
Prior Customer Service Experience is Required
Prior Office Experience a Plus
