About the Role:

As Deputy Associate Director of Manufacturing, you will:

  • Collaborate with facilities to implement state-of-the-art production processes and secure essential equipment.
  • Lead the lifecycle management of production equipment, ensuring the availability of resources.
  • Foster a culture of engagement and accountability within the Manufacturing Directorate.
  • Oversee supply chain and inventory management, championing continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Standardize operating procedures across multiple manufacturing sites to maximize efficiency.


Qualifications:

  • U.S. Citizenship required.
  • Successful background investigation and favorable adjudication.
  • Minimum one year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-14 level in manufacturing/production.
  • Expertise in directing manufacturing processes, managing schedules and projects, and overseeing production assets and personnel.
  • Proven track record in implementing continuous improvements and analyzing manufacturing methods.
  • Experience in strategic planning for staffing, technology, and resources.
  • Strong decision-making skills and a proactive approach to workflow and process optimization.

Salary

  • The targeted salary range for this position is $163,964k- $191,900k per year.
