Your role will focus on enhancing product profitability, driving product adoption, and providing expertise on product features, benefits, and competitive positioning in the market.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  1. Product Development and Management:

    • Lead the development and enhancement of financial products, including savings accounts, investment products, insurance policies, and other financial instruments.
    • Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and customer feedback analysis to identify market opportunities and product requirements.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define product specifications, features, pricing, and go-to-market strategies.

  2. Product Marketing and Promotion:

    • Develop marketing collateral, product presentations, and sales materials to effectively communicate product benefits and value propositions.
    • Partner with marketing and sales teams to execute product launch campaigns, promotional activities, and customer acquisition strategies.
    • Conduct product training sessions for internal teams, external partners, and customers to ensure comprehensive understanding and adoption of financial products.

  3. Customer Relationship Management:

    • Serve as a subject matter expert on financial products, addressing inquiries, providing product demonstrations, and resolving customer issues.

  4. Compliance and Regulatory Oversight:

    • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, industry standards, and internal policies governing the design, distribution, and marketing of financial products.
    • Collaborate with compliance and legal teams to review product disclosures, terms and conditions, and marketing materials for accuracy and compliance.
    • Monitor regulatory changes and industry developments impacting financial products and recommend adjustments to ensure ongoing compliance.

  5. Performance Analysis and Reporting:

    • Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs), sales metrics, and market share to evaluate product performance and effectiveness.
    • Prepare regular reports and presentations for senior management, highlighting product performance, market trends, and growth opportunities.
    • Conduct post-launch reviews and assessments to identify lessons learned and opportunities for continuous improvement.

Skills Required:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (Master's degree preferred).
  • Proven experience as a Product Specialist, Product Manager, or similar role in financial services, banking, or fintech industry.
  • Deep understanding of financial products, investment vehicles, insurance products, and market dynamics.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage product lifecycles.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly and persuasively.
