The Administration & Operations Assistant (AOA) assists and works closely the Operations Manager with tracking and maintaining inventory, working on accounts receivable collections, shipping/returns, general office upkeep and other related administrative and operations functions. The AOA also works with management and field sales representatives as needed to ensure that our customers have what they need. The AOA must be organized, efficient, a quick learner, a team player, flexible, able to work in a fast-paced environment, a professional communicator (written and verbal) and familiar with Microsoft Office.
