Position Summary:

The Strategic Account Manager will play a pivotal role in developing and maintaining strong relationships with key accounts within the labelling industry. This position requires a deep understanding of label technologies, industry trends, and customer needs. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Account Management: Develop and execute strategic account plans to drive growth and profitability within assigned accounts.
  • Relationship Building: Foster strong relationships with key decision-makers at customer organizations, understanding their business objectives and challenges.
  • Sales Forecasting: Accurately forecast sales volumes and revenue for assigned accounts.
  • Product Knowledge: Maintain a deep understanding of DuraMark's product offerings, including label materials, adhesives, and printing technologies.
  • Market Analysis: Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and stay informed about industry trends.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
  • Negotiation: Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements that align with company objectives and customer needs.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in: Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in sales or account management within the Printing Industry.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and building strong customer relationships.
  • Strong understanding of label technologies, materials, and printing processes.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Experience with Excel, NetSuite, and HubSpot preferred
  • Knowledge of industry standards and regulations (e.g., GHS, FDA, AEM).
