Contract Duration: 18 months
Location: If within 100 miles of Franklin, WI: Onsite/Hybrid required; If over 100 miles away or designated to work 2nd or 3rd shift: 100% Remote
Shifts: First shift, second shift, third shift, and weekends available
Training: First shift, NO vacations allowed in the first two months

Job Summary:
We are hiring Technical Support Contractors to provide customer support. This role focuses on delivering technical assistance in alignment with company standards. While prior technical support experience is not required, candidates must have strong technical knowledge, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to effectively resolve technical issues.

Key Responsibilities:
Provide technical support and troubleshoot Windows OS and laptop/PC issues
Follow established technical support procedures and protocols
Demonstrate problem-solving techniques to resolve customer issues
Complete training during the first shift before starting assigned shifts
Adhere to a no-vacation policy for the first two months

Requirements:
Relevant Education and CertificationsTechnical proficiency in Windows OS and PCs
Strong customer service and problem-solving skills
Ability to work within provided schedules
