1. Administer various human resources programs including:

  • Employment processing
  • Records management
  • Employee on-boarding
  • AA/EEO and employment law compliance

2. Provide clerical support to the following areas of human resources:

  • Enters all employee transactions and updates in the HRIS and timekeeping systems in a timely manner.
  • Reviews all employee forms and documents for completion.
  • Logs and tracks all transactions.
  • Completes all employment verification calls.
  • Assists in the recruiting and pre-employment process for new hires and rehires.
  • Prepares and organizes materials for training classes.
  • Creates and distributes communication at all levels.
  • Assists with benefit administration and billing reconciliation.
  • Responsible for maintaining and organizing employee files.
  • Reviews all new hire paperwork for completion.
  • Assists in employee on boarding and orientation.
  • Manages the employee badge process and key card systems.

3. Develop human resources solutions by collecting and analyzing information and making recommendations to the HR Executive Director.

  • Maintain all HR information system records and compile reports as requested.

4. Complete special projects as needed. Set timetables and schedules; conduct research; develop and organize information.
