JOB TITLE: Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E) Authority Coordinator
Location: National Capital Region
This project will provide a broad range of assessment, monitoring, and evaluation (AM&E) support to DSCA. Project tasks will include desk and field research, analysis, data collection and visualization, strategy development, policy writing and coordination, distribution list management, AM&E capacity building, event organizing and facilitation, and administrative backstopping.
Responsibilities
Authority Coordinators will provide support in ensuring that templates and completed products - as well as the location of analyses, processes for planning them, and information systems for recording and sharing them - remain aligned with the needs of each of the covered SC authorities. Key responsibilities include:
- Supporting the leadership team in identifying priorities and solutions to problems.
- Providing qualitative and quantitative analysis of security cooperation programs.
- Assisting with the development of indicators and metrics that enable evaluation of security cooperation programs.
- Drafting reports, presentations, and other deliverables for senior leadership review.
- Supporting the design and development of visual graphics (e.g., illustrations, layouts, designs) that distills key information in a clear, concise manner.
- Supporting the development and maintenance of project processes and plans.
Qualifications
- DoD Secret clearance
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Three (3) years of experience planning, designing or implementing assessment, monitoring and evaluation programs or projects
- Three (3) years of experience planning, executing, or overseeing policy or guidance for SC activities implemented under one of the listed authority sections - Train & Equip; Institutional Capacity Building; Legal Institutional Capacity Building; State Partnership Programs; Regional Centers; Regional Defense Fellowship Programs; Humanitarian/Civic Assistance; Humanitarian Mine Action; Excess Property Humanitarian Donations; Maritime Security Initiative; Ukraine Security Assistance Initiatives; Women, Peace, and Security.
