Job Summary


We are seeking an experienced VP of North American Sales to drive revenue growth and lead our team of hospitality sales professionals. The ideal candidate will have a strong record of sales team leadership within the hospitality industry, a solid understanding of the market in North America, and the ability to build, execute, and evolve a successful GTM strategy.

  • Experience leading sales teams with complex sales cycles to both mid and enterprise market segments 
  • Data driven leader with an understanding of the art and science of sales cycle management
  • A passion for coaching and training sales professionals to be high performers with high integrity
  • Works well in a team environment and understands how to collaborate positively with leadership across all business disciplines


Industry Experience


  • 10+ years of experience in the hospitality industry leading software solutions sales teams is ideal
  • Knowledge of the hospitality tech landscape
  • Ideally have relationships with industry consultants and influencers

  • Develop regional sales plans including territory management, prospecting, pipeline management, and forecasting
  • Driven to exceed targets
  • Understands the value of repeatable and scalable process management
  • Maintains a hospitality mindset of providing excellent customer experiences
