Job Title: Financial Solutions Advisor

At Bank of America, we are committed to helping our clients achieve their financial goals through personalized advice and customized solutions. As a Financial Solutions Advisor, you will play a critical role in providing comprehensive financial planning and investment advice to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement financial plans that align with clients' goals and risk tolerance
  • Provide investment advice and recommendations on a range of products, including stocks, bonds, mutual funds, and banking and money managed solutions
  • Triage client requests and make referrals to internal service providers based on client needs and asset thresholds
  • Mitigate and control risk as part of daily activities
  • Identify and engage potential new clients through referrals or financial center clientele
  • Provide coaching and feedback to referral partners based on knowledge of client needs and potential product services recommended
Requirements:
  • Currently holds Series 7 & 66 (63 & 65 in lieu of 66) licenses; if you do not currently hold the 66 but have either a 63 or 65, an offer can be extended with the condition that a passing score is received for the missing series within 60 days
  • Minimum of one year experience in the investments industry, including investment training and in-depth knowledge of investment products and services
  • Minimum of one year experience working in the financial service industry and/or a sales environment where goals were met or exceeded
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
Desired Qualifications:
  • Strong computer skills with an ability to multitask in a demanding environment
  • At least three years' experience working in the financial service industry and/or a sales environment where goals were met or exceeded
  • Achieved additional professional designations such as Certified Financial Planner (CFP) and/or Chartered Retirement Planning Counselor (CRPC)
  • Obtained your insurance licenses
