Job Summary
The Project Manager in this role will manage all projects for Rod Bragg Diversity Health from design through construction and close out. This role will also serve as Assistant Facilities Manager whose responsibilities will include keeping buildings properly maintained, clean and safe. The role combines management tasks such as supervising contractors and more strategic responsibilities such as managing budgets and advising on long-term energy efficiency.
General Accountabilities
• Develops project scope, project budgets, and program statements.
• Coordinates the activities of the design team, including architects, engineers and consultants throughout the design process.
• Supports planning by participating in the clinic’s master planning process and/or the individual project planning process.
• Coordinates the bid/award activities on all projects.
• Directs and coordinates the activities of all vendors and general contractors.
• Communicates and provides reports to the customer and senior management.
• Regularly inspects company equipment, buildings, and property.
• Oversees maintenance of the company's property and physical operations.
• Ensures all maintenance and repairs are completed in a timely, cost-effective manner and according to all specifications.
• Inspects buildings and office areas to evaluate suitability for occupancy.
• Conducts all pre-planning and coordination of office moves, additions, and/or changes.
• Coordinates all necessary work to accomplish moves, additions, and changes.
• Ensures all fire and safety inspections are completed and any discrepancies corrected.
• Ensures property is following all safety and sanitation policies, procedures, and regulations.
• Coordinates repair of equipment, buildings, and property.
• Maintains knowledge of city and state building codes and all local, state, and federal regulations.
• Performs other related duties as assigned by management.
Job Qualifications
• Education: Degree from college or technical school.
• Experience: Three to six months of experience working in clinics and working in management, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
