  • 1-2+ years of relevant experience in an Assistant Project Manager role or within the commercial construction field.

  • Experience as a Construction Field Engineer, Assistant Project Manager, or Project Engineer is essential; candidates from the IT sector will not be considered.
  • No specific software experience is necessary, as training will be provided.
  • Local candidates are preferred; relocation assistance is not available.

Additional Responsibilities:

  • Understand that the primary measure of project success is client satisfaction, adherence to budget, profitability, and schedule compliance.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in drafting scopes of work for subcontract agreements.
  • Ability to develop and adjust a Critical Path Method (CPM) schedule based on project requirements.
  • Comprehend the fundamentals of scheduling to support project staff effectively.
  • Collaborate with the project superintendent to lead the project and maintain the schedule.
  • Recognize and manage project risks.
  • Possess a valid driver's license with a clean driving record (no DUIs in the past 36 months).
  • Undergo background checks as part of the hiring process.
