Responsibilities

Client Engagement: Interact with clients, assess their insurance requirements, and offer personalized advice.

Sales Generation: Proactively identify sales opportunities, promote coverage options, and secure new client accounts.

Policy Development: Develop custom insurance plans that align with clients' individual needs and provide comprehensive coverage.

Client Retention: Build strong relationships with clients, ensuring satisfaction, retention, and fostering loyalty to the agency.

Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, market changes, and competitor offerings to remain competitive in the market.


Requirements

Licensing: Possession of a valid Florida license is required.Sales Experience: Proven track record in insurance sales or a related field.Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication skills, including active listening and empathy.Sales Ability: Strong sales acumen and the ability to close deals effectively.Local Knowledge: Familiarity with Stuart, Florida, and the surrounding community.Positive Attitude: Optimistic, enthusiastic, and eager to learn.Team Collaboration: Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
