What You Will Do:

As a Dispatcher, you will be the central point of communication for our field teams and clients. Your primary responsibility will be to coordinate and ensure that all jobs are dispatched efficiently and effectively. You will work closely with our technicians, clients, and management teams to ensure smooth operations and high-quality service delivery.

Rate of Pay and Benefits:

The hourly rate is $19hr

Key Responsibilities:

· Receive and process incoming service requests from clients via phone, email, and online platforms.

· Schedule and dispatch technicians to job sites in a timely manner.

· Monitor job progress and maintain communication with field teams to address any issues that may arise.

· Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and resolving any concerns.

· Maintain accurate records of dispatched jobs, including service requests, job status, and technician availability.

· Collaborate with management to optimize routing and scheduling for efficiency.

· Perform other administrative tasks as required to support operations.

Qualifications:

· High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in logistics or business administration is a plus.

· Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

· Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with a keen attention to detail.

· Proficient in using dispatching software and Microsoft Office.

· Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.

· Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to resolving issues.
