Title: IT Support Coordinator

Responsibilities:

  • Handle support inquiries from end users via phone and email, maintaining a high standard of customer service.
  • Record user information and details of their issues thoroughly.
  • Prioritize support tasks and escalate complex issues to advanced support staff.
  • Document the troubleshooting process, including all decisions and actions, until resolution.
  • Access online resources to obtain software updates, drivers, and knowledge base information for issue resolution.

Must have knowledge and experience:

  • Expertise in Dell and VMware technologies.
  • Incident response experience.
  • Security knowledge.
  • Willingness to travel to client locations as needed.
