Woodfords' Community Supports Program, also called Expeditions, is seeking a Full-time (40 hours) Site Coordinator to join our team in Westbrook, ME


Position Summary

Expeditions is a community-based program that supports adult consumers with developmental and intellectual disabilities achieve independence through a variety of community-focused activities.

The Site Coordinator will provide support and oversight to the program through a combination of administrative and direct support duties. The Site Coordinator position will lead a team of Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) in the day-to-day functions and will be the primary contact for the program's daily operations.

Essential Duties Include:

  • Leading individual supervisions
  • Facilitating monthly team meetings
  • Active participation in calendar activity planning
  • Training new team members
  • Daily documentation oversight

Schedule & Compensation

Full-time, 40 hours per week

Monday through Friday - No weekends or evenings

$22.00-24.00/hourly


Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience working with adults with IDD/DD.
  • Minimum of 1 year of supervisory experience required.
  • Valid driver's license & use of reliable vehicle with current insurance
  • Direct Support Professional (DSP) certification, or successful completion of the full DSP course within 6 months of hire (Employees are paid by Woodfords when attending DSP training)
