Icon V is currently seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Call Center Agent. As a Call Center Agent, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and providing support to our valued customers. This role requires excellent communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a desire to go above and beyond to exceed customer expectations.
Responsibilities
- Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound calls in a timely and professional manner
- Identify customer needs, provide accurate information, and assist with resolving inquiries or issues
- Utilize CRM systems to accurately document customer interactions and update customer profiles
- Collaborate with team members and internal departments to ensure seamless customer experiences
- Meet or exceed established performance metrics, including average handle time, call quality, and customer satisfaction ratings
- Demonstrate empathy and understanding towards customers, while maintaining a calm and positive demeanor
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
- Previous experience in a call center or customer service environment is highly desirable
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in [language]
