Project Control Manager

Our client is a midsize Gov Con in growth mode, seeking a Financial Systems/Sr. Project Control Analyst to join their team. This role will report to the VP and oversee program implementation and build out system to improve processes. Opportunity to build out a team.
Experience with Excel (power query and power pivot) & Deltek Costpoint is highly preferred. Candidates must be eligible to hold an active TS clearance.
This is a permanent, direct hire opportunity with a hybrid schedule in Northern Virginia.
Responsibilities:
- Handle all financial management and reporting for the portfolio, including scheduling, ETC and EAC preparation, revenue, and profit projections periodically.
- Support the annual planning, baselining, variance analyses, cost estimating and updates to the contract deliverables.
- Support monthly reviews, participate in weekly/monthly project or business reviews.
- Collaborate with Project Managers, technical leads, Contracts, Finance and interface with the customer as required, to ensure accurate and timely reporting and updates to the contract financial deliverables and artifacts.
- Provide expertise and guidance on risk management, proposal and pricing, financial management and forecast (long term and short-term planning), profitability and margins, staffing and contracts.
- Partner with Project Managers to meet or exceed financial goals and commitments on the contract while ensuring compliance with the company policies and procedures.
