Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate with Managers and other Service Coordinators for Service Engineer availability.
- Daily communication with all Service Engineers ensuring customer project deadlines are being achieved and any required schedule adjustments.
- Processes Service Time jobs from order entry to closing
- Reviews for accuracy and processes all service expense reports for Service Engineers within the company’s expense system including all paper reports and time sheets.
- Creates draft cost summaries of time and expenses for management and customers.
- Supports coordination of Service Trainings sessions. Including managing RSVPs, meals, and printing training certificates.
- Performs other related duties as assigned by management.
Skills, Knowledge and Experience
- Firm commitment to excellence and high standards
- Strong verbal and written communications skills including ability to listen attentively and to communicate information clearly and effectively
- Interpersonal savvy; able to collaborate and work closely with other departments and leadership
- Excellent time-management skills with demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects at a time while meeting deadlines
- Ability to follow established policies and procedures
- Proficient with Microsoft Office 365 software, including Excel, Word, Power Point, Outlook. Experience with ERP system such as Epicor preferred
