Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Automotive National Sales Manager to spearhead our national sales initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in automotive sales, particularly in wholesale parts distribution, and a deep understanding of the automotive industry. This role is pivotal in expanding our market presence and requires extensive travel (up to 50%), with the potential for significant earnings through uncapped commissions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Sales Development: Formulate and implement comprehensive sales strategies to drive revenue growth across multiple regions. Identify and capitalize on emerging market trends to position Carparts.com as a leader in the automotive sector.

  • Wholesale Automotive Sales Expertise: Utilize in-depth knowledge of automotive parts and services to expand the company’s footprint in the industry. Drive new business development while retaining and growing existing accounts.
  • Market Expansion: Identify and penetrate new markets, with a focus on underrepresented areas. Analyze market data to prioritize opportunities and devise strategies to maximize market share.
  • Sales Process Management: Oversee the entire sales process from lead generation to closing deals. Ensure alignment with company goals and adherence to industry best practices.
  • Performance Monitoring: Regularly assess and report on sales performance, providing actionable insights to senior management. Adjust strategies as needed to meet or exceed sales targets.
