Job Summary: The People Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing and enhancing the entire employee experience lifecycle, from recruitment to offboarding. This role involves developing and implementing HR strategies, policies, and procedures to ensure a positive work environment, promote employee engagement, and support the company's growth objectives.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the daily operations of the People Operations team, ensuring the effective delivery of HR services.
  • Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and programs that align with company objectives and comply with legal requirements.
  • Oversee talent acquisition efforts, including workforce planning, recruitment strategies, and onboarding processes.
  • Drive employee engagement initiatives to foster a positive work environment and improve employee satisfaction and retention.
  • Manage performance management processes, including goal setting, performance reviews, and career development planning.
  • Oversee compensation and benefits programs, ensuring they are competitive and aligned with market trends.
  • Address and resolve employee relations issues, providing guidance to managers and employees on HR-related matters.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations, staying up-to-date with changes and ensuring the company remains compliant.
  • Analyze HR data and metrics to inform decision-making and improve HR processes.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to align HR strategies with business goals and support organizational growth.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a People Operations Manager, HR Manager, or similar role with a strong focus on employee experience and HR operations.
  • In-depth knowledge of HR principles, practices, and legal requirements.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and develop HR professionals.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities.
  • Proficiency in HR software, including HRIS and performance management systems.
  • Analytical skills with the ability to interpret HR data and metrics.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus
