Your Role
As Regional Director, you'll play a pivotal role in driving the success of our properties in the Atlanta market. Your responsibilities will include:
  • Providing strategic leadership to property managers and staff.
  • Overseeing financial performance and budgeting for the region.
  • Implementing leasing and marketing strategies to maximize occupancy and revenue.
  • Ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or related field.
