As the Regional Lead (Market Lead) - Dallas at STEAM Academy , you will be responsible for leading our Dallas market through the launch and into a steady-state growth phase, managing the local team and adapting the STEAM Academy playbook strategies for the Dallas-Fort Worth market. You and your team will drive student enrollment, build partnerships with educational institutions, and promote the STEAM Academy brand as we expand across the US. The role will work closely with the leadership team and cross functional stakeholders to achieve growth goals.


This role provides the unique opportunity to shape the future of education and inspire the next generation of innovators and problem solvers.


You will be responsible for leading our Dallas market through the launch and into steady- state growth phase, managing the local team and adapting the STEAM Academy playbook strategies for the Dallas-Fort Worth market. You and your team will drive student enrollment, build partnerships with educational institutions, and promote the STEAM Academy brand as we expand across the US. The role will work closely with the leadership team and cross functional stakeholders to achieve growth goals


Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute go to market playbook plans for STEAM Academy in greater Dallas-Fort Worth
  • Cultivate and prioritize relationships with key stakeholders, including school administrators, teachers, parent-teacher associations, and community leaders.
  • Hire, manage and train a core team, including a Mentor Lead, Equipment Coordinator, and Operations Specialist. Collaborate cross-functionally with Operations and Growth teams, including Inside Sales, SDRs, and SRMs.
  • Conduct comprehensive market research to understand the unique demographics, preferences, and needs of families and schools in the Dallas-Fort Worth area.
  • Identify key geographical areas and school districts that present the highest potential for program adoption and growth.
  • Develop tailored value propositions that address the specific needs and concerns of each stakeholder group.
  • Regularly report on marketing KPIs to senior leadership, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Use analytics tools to monitor the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, adjusting tactics as necessary to optimize results.
  • Highlight the unique benefits of STEAM Academy’s programs, such as improved student engagement, enhanced learning outcomes, and alignment with educational standards.


Qualifications

  • 3+ years in business administration, educational leadership or related field ( especially targeting parents, school associations, or school decision-makers)
  • Experience with supervising or managing teams
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling content and deliver effective presentation
  • Ability to think creatively and strategically adapt to a fast-paced and evolving environment, and simultaneously manage multiple tasks and projects
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach to decision making
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to meet deadlines by overseeing and fostering collaboration with a team of external third-parties
