Key Responsibilities
  • Implement Global Standards for Technical Operations
  • Drive and Implement Strategies to Remediate Systemic Issues and Improve Standards and Processes
  • Perform Tasks Related to Change/MOP Review and Approval
  • Support the NA Region with Vendor Oversight and Drive Accountability
  • Assist the Regional Tech Ops Lead in Defining and Implementing the Group Maintenance Policy and Standards
  • Work with Sub-Regional Teams to Implement Global Standards and Hold Sub-Regional Teams/Local Teams to Account for Maintaining Standards Across Reliability, Maintenance, Change Management, Site Acceptance
  • Manage the Maintenance Management Systems to Ensure the Software is Kept Up to Date and Any Changes are Approved by the Relevant Governance
  • Work with the Regional Maintenance Lead and Regional Procurement to Ensure All Relevant Maintenance Contracts are in Place and are Cost-Effective
  • Take a Holistic View on Subcontracts and Review the Possibilities of Consolidation and Standardization to Reduce Risk and Cost
  • Work with Procurement to Ensure Economies of Scale are Leveraged to Increase Cost Effectiveness of Maintenance Contracts
  • Work with Procurement to Define and Review Standard Subcontractor KPI's and SLA's
  • Schedule Regular Face to Face Meetings with Market Maintenance Leads to Discuss Maintenance Performance, Address Any Maintenance Related Issues and Concerns, and Other Maintenance Related Relevant Topics
  • Provide Regular Updates to the Regional Ops Leads on Any Concern Relating to Asset and Maintenance Activities. Also Provide Regular Asset Collation, Planned and Reactive Work Performance Reporting
  • Colo Utility Tracker Management
  • Properly Support Handover of Data Center to Operations. (Data Center Acceptance and Proper Paper Work Handover)
  • Review and Approve Commissioning Scripts and Support Commissioning Activities with a Focus on Acceptance Requirements of All Construction Projects Before Final Completion
  • Support Local Operational Management Team on Customer Impacting Incidents, Including Customer Engagement and Root Cause Analysis
  • Assist with the Operations Acceptance for the Site as Part of the Handover from DE&C (e.g., Warranties) Within the Region
Requirements
  • Significant Experience of Being in a Similar Role
  • Experienced in Implementing Change and Driving Continuous Improvement
  • Demonstrated Ability to Lead and Manage Cross-Functional Teams
  • Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills
