We are seeking a highly organized and motivated Executive Assistant to support our CEO in managing these diverse ventures.

In this role, you will be at the forefront of providing exceptional customer service and supporting sales activities, ensuring our clients are satisfied and loyal. You will handle a variety of administrative tasks such as managing schedules, handling correspondence, and preparing reports, all while maintaining organized records and files to ensure efficient office operations. We value self-motivation and innovation, so you'll have the opportunity to proactively identify ways to improve and innovate our administrative processes and business operations. This position offers a hybrid work environment, balancing time between working from home and in the office, adapting to the needs of the CEO and the business. Your tenacity and problem-solving skills will be essential as you demonstrate resilience and persistence in overcoming challenges to ensure smooth business operations. Key Responsibilities:

Customer Service & Sales: Provide exceptional customer service and assist in sales activities, ensuring client satisfaction and retention.

Organizational Skills: Maintain organized records and files, and ensure efficient office operations.

Self-Motivation & Innovation: Proactively identify opportunities for improvement and innovation in administrative processes and business operations.

Requirements:

Experience: Proven experience in an executive assistant role or similar administrative position.

Skills: Excellent customer service, sales, organizational, and administrative skills. Strong problem-solving abilities.

Attributes: Self-motivated, innovative, and tenacious with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Technology: Proficiency in MS Office Suite and other relevant software.
