  • Promotional Support: Help create and distribute promotional materials to increase event visibility and participation.
  • Donor and Sponsor Engagement: Engage with donors, sponsors, and participants to foster positive relationships and successful event outcomes.
  • Market Research: Conduct research to identify potential sponsors and fundraising opportunities to enhance event success.
  • Administrative Support: Maintain records, manage correspondence, and provide administrative support to the fundraising team.
  • Event Analysis: Monitor and report on the success of fundraising events, offering insights for future improvements.
  • Team Collaboration: Work with internal teams to ensure cohesive branding and messaging across all event-related activities.
