Invoicing Specialist

JOB TITLE:

Invoicing Specialist

DEPARTMENT:

Central Lab Services

Full-time (40 hrs./week)

Frontage Laboratories Inc. is an award winning, publicly listed (HKSE), full-service CRO/Contract Research Organization operating over 25 state-of-the-art laboratories across the US, Canada, and China, and growing over 30% YOY. Our core competencies include drug metabolism, pharmacokinetics/ pharmacodynamics (PK/PD), safety and toxicology, bioanalytical services, chemistry and manufacturing controls for drug development, and core laboratory services for clinical trials.

PURPOSE:

The Invoicing Specialist is responsible for managing monthly invoicing and supporting the generation of new quotes for Frontage Central Lab Services. This role will report directly to the director of project management and specimen operation.

DUTIES / RESPONSIBILITIES:

Monthly Invoicing

  • Generate and send out monthly invoices to clients.
  • Financial/study reconciliation
  • Coordinate with the accounting department to ensure timely payments.

Other Duties

  • Perform other related duties as assigned.

EDUCATION/ EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:


Bachelor’s Degree or Higher with 1-2 years’ experience in a business setting; laboratory or logistic experience preferred:

• High level of accountability with self and others

• Hands-on approach with a desire to teach others

• Track record of challenging the status quo

• Team and action-oriented

• Problem-solving

• Priority setting
