We specialize in a wide array of services including drug metabolism, pharmacokinetics, safety assessments, and bioanalytical services, all contributing to the advancement of drug development and clinical trials.
Role Summary:
The Kitting and Logistics Operations Supervisor is responsible for overseeing both domestic and international shipping operations for Frontage Central Lab Services and other relevant departments. This role involves managing the preparation of collection kits and medical devices, ensuring compliance with shipping regulations, and maintaining the integrity of clinical trial supplies.
- Possess a comprehensive understanding of various collection tubes and medical equipment.
- Organize and streamline the kitting process to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
- Supervise the creation and quality control of kits, ensuring all documentation is complete prior to customer distribution.
- Monitor inventory levels and collaborate with the Program Administrator to procure necessary supplies.
- Notify Project Management regarding the expiration of kits.
- Coordinate kit fulfillment in partnership with Project Management to guarantee timely delivery.
- Assist in the preparation of Commercial Invoices and customs documentation as needed.
- Work closely with Shipping and Kitting Specialists to optimize operations.
- Manage domestic and international sample shipments for global clinical trials in collaboration with Project Managers.
- Maintain meticulous records of shipments and reconcile invoices for accurate billing.
- Ensure adherence to departmental standard operating procedures in collaboration with the Director of Logistics.
- Perform additional responsibilities as assigned.
Qualifications:
Applicants should possess an Associate's degree or equivalent experience, along with a minimum of one year in clinical trial or international shipping logistics.
