Sales/Design Consultant
Cheshire, CT
Hartford, Litchfield and Tolland Counties Are you seeking a fulfilling new career in sales, specifically within the Home Organization and Design sector? For more than three decades, we have been crafting dynamic, tailor-made solutions for every room in our clients' homes. Due to the high demand and our partnership with Costco, Closet Factory is actively seeking Sales Design Consultants for Hartford, Tolland, and Litchfield Counties, with expansion plans into Western Massachusetts. Our office and manufacturing facility are situated in Cheshire, Connecticut.As a Closet Factory Design Consultant, you will be responsible to design, quote and close on projects ranging from custom closets, laundry rooms, offices, entertainment centers to garages and more. We are looking for people who have:- A proven track record in sales success, strong negotiation abilities, and effective closing techniques.
- An entrepreneurial drive.

- Possesses attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Superior problem-solving ability.
- Interest in home design organization.
- Ability to learn computer software.
- Comfortable with and able to thrive in a sales environment that is entirely commission and bonus-based.

- Ongoing support from experienced Managers and Senior Designers.
- Flexible schedules with variable hours, including potential weekend work.
- Mileage & expense reimbursement.
- A proven track record of achieving sales goals.
- A passion for design and organization.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Must reside in or near Hartford, Tolland or Litchfield counties.
- Flexible schedule, variable hours which may include some weekends.
