If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you to join our dynamic Corporate Strategy team as a Pricing & Revenue Analyst This position will make a significant impact on our business and contribute to our long-term success within the Omni-channel business landscape.
CORE FUNCTIONS
· Pricing Strategy Development:
o Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and enhance pricing strategies that align with business objectives and market dynamics.
· Data Management and Analysis:
o Collect, analyze, and interpret large sets of pricing and market data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for optimization.
o Create proofs of concept and test performance for permanent inclusion into our pricing and revenue management platform.
· Pricing Model Development:
o Design and develop pricing models that consider various factors such as competitive positioning, cost structures, and customer behavior to support pricing decision-making.
· Recommendations and Reporting:
o Generate clear and actionable recommendations based on data analysis and present findings to key stakeholders to support informed decision-making.
· Pricing Governance:
o Establish pricing governance frameworks and processes to ensure consistency, compliance, and transparency across the organization.
· Cross-functional Collaboration:
o Collaborate with sales, marketing, finance, and other teams to ensure alignment and integration of pricing strategies with overall business objectives.
· Process Improvement:
o Identify opportunities to streamline pricing processes, improve data quality, and enhance overall pricing capabilities within the organization.
QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS
Education and Experience
· Bachelor’s degree in business, Finance, Economics, or related field is required. Advanced degree or certification such as a CFA or CPA is preferred.
· 3 years of experience in developing omni-channel pricing strategies is required.
· Proven experience building or utilizing pricing optimization tools, preferably in a dynamic business environment that has both manufacturing presence and a multi-channel strategy.
· Experience in developing pricing models and frameworks is highly desirable.
· Highly skilled data science/business intelligence analyst with experience in handling large and complex datasets in challenging environments
Skills and Abilities
· Strong technical skills, including proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, SQL, or other relevant software.
· Strong understanding of ML Ops and Data Science.
· Ability to manage ambiguity and work effectively in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
· Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
· Strong communication and presentation skills to convey complex data-driven insights in a clear and compelling manner.
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
· Solid written and verbal communication skills.
