Responsibilities
- Handle construction billing tasks including invoicing and tracking payments
- Prepare and manage Notices to Owners (NTOs) and lien releases for properties
- Utilize advanced Excel skills for billing reports and data analysis
- Collaborate closely with general contractors to ensure accurate and timely billing
- Maintain organized records and documentation related to billing and project finances
- Address billing inquiries and resolve any discrepancies promptly
- Provide administrative support as needed, contributing to a smooth workflow
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and contribute positively to the team culture
- Work in the Office Monday-Friday 9am -5pm

Compensation/HoursThis is a in office position 40 hours a week Monday – Friday 9am-5pm. Pay will be based on experience and raises are performance-based. We will evaluate your performance quarterly (90 days). The position is currently 1099 but the company is in the process of switching to W-2. We are also in the process of adding Benefits in 2025.
