Qualifications

Responsibilities
  • Handle construction billing tasks including invoicing and tracking payments
  • Prepare and manage Notices to Owners (NTOs) and lien releases for properties
  • Utilize advanced Excel skills for billing reports and data analysis
  • Collaborate closely with general contractors to ensure accurate and timely billing
  • Maintain organized records and documentation related to billing and project finances
  • Address billing inquiries and resolve any discrepancies promptly
  • Provide administrative support as needed, contributing to a smooth workflow
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism and contribute positively to the team culture
  • Work in the Office Monday-Friday 9am -5pm

Compensation/HoursThis is a in office position 40 hours a week Monday – Friday 9am-5pm. Pay will be based on experience and raises are performance-based. We will evaluate your performance quarterly (90 days). The position is currently 1099 but the company is in the process of switching to W-2. We are also in the process of adding Benefits in 2025.
