Job DescriptionJob DescriptionWe are searching for a qualified HR Generalist to provide administrative support in our Human Resources department. The Generalist will help with payroll, benefits, employee on boarding and file maintenance and general office task. The Generalist will also act as the primary liaison between the department and other employees. Objectives of this role
Serve as a reliable source of information for employees, promptly answering questions regarding payroll and benefits.
Ensure that all employees feel safe and cared for at our company by addressing questions promptly and professionally.
Act as a liaison between the HR department and other employees

Job Description:


Payroll processing of assigned clients.
Process new hires in accordance with state and federal compliance.
Employee record retention.
Respond to all employee requests and answer employee questions
New Hire an Exit Interviews
Assists with advising employees, distributing information regarding benefits, compensation, and procedures
Responsible for processing changes to current payroll system as needed (add new deductions, changes in status, etc.)
General office duties to include scanning and uploading of HR data to secure server
Tax filings (must understanding taxes associated with payroll)
Assist with the balancing of weekly Payroll
All other duties as assigned

Professional Experience/Qualifications:
  • Able to perform successfully under pressure while prioritizing and handling multiple projects or activities.
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
    • Ability to interact effectively and professionally with all levels of management, employees, and clients
  • Proficiency in administrative duties such as communications, data entry, and record keeping.
  • Enthusiasm for working within a team environment.
  • Tact and professionalism when it comes to handling confidential information and addressing employee concerns
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Proficiency with technology, and the ability to pick up new software easily.

Job Type: Full-time


Salary: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour (Based on experience)
