Purpose and Scope:
We’re seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist who will be part of a fast-paced Talent Acquisition team at eSimplicity. We work with passionate individuals who are excited about helping bring top-notch talent into our team and making a direct impact in the lives of those team members. You will be responsible for the full-lifecycle recruitment process and ensuring HR administration support and service delivery in the areas of onboarding/off-boarding and recruiting metrics. Responsibilities:
- Participate in the full life cycle recruitment process for high-volume roles to identify and attract tech talent, including sourcing, scheduling, and extending verbal and written offers.
- Source, screen, interview, and assess candidates based on technical requirements and target positions
- Develop and maintain candidate networks/pipelines for incoming work and company growth.
- Assist with the new hire onboarding process (certifications, background and reference checks)
- Manage and maintain the HRIS and other human resource personnel records according to labor laws and best practices.
- Perform routine tasks to administer and execute human resource programs, including but not limited to new hire orientation, explanation of eSimplicity benefits, and employee engagement.
- Develop, refine, and market job descriptions.
- Recommend and suggest new methods and strategies related to talent and recruitment.
- Participate in employee recognition events and activities.
- Promote a positive candidate experience by providing timely status updates throughout the entire recruiting process.
- Assist with other duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field or 2-4 years of experience recruiting for technical talent in a fast-paced environment with competing priorities
- Experience in proposal recruitment, incumbent capture, task orders/IDIQs, and new business
- Experience in building pipelines and making contingent offers for growth
- Strong experience recruiting for the GovCon industries
- Strong knowledge of the IT talent market and ability to source and screen passive candidates
- Experience in direct sourcing of IT candidates and attracting talent through platforms
- Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) for managing, updating, and tracking candidates
- Passion for recruiting and sourcing to stay abreast of best recruiting practices
- Strong knowledge of common human resources practices, employment, and government compliance regulations
- Ability to interact and interface effectively across the organization and with key stakeholders
- Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Excellent verbal and nonverbal communication skills
Desired Qualifications:
- Staffing experience a plus
- Experience with Paylocity is highly desired
Working Environment:
eSimplicity supports a remote work environment operating within the Eastern time zone so we can work with and respond to our government clients. Expected hours are 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM Eastern unless otherwise directed by manager.
Occasional travel for training and project meetings. It is estimated to be less than 25% per year.
