  • Support refugee students that are enrolled in English Language Instruction by providing orientation, addressing barriers, and ensuring academic progression.
  • Enroll and manage classes in various databases, such as SharePoint and Client Track, to track progress, attendance, and communication.
  • Ensure accuracy of student documentation and file samples of academic work.
  • Remove barriers related to student absences to help students meet completion targets.
  • Monitor student progress, advise on assessment methods and results, and coordinates support services like transportation and childcare.
List Qualification or Requirements:
  • Must have an Associate’s Degree, 2 years of university, or a foreign equivalent.
  • Must be Bilingual; English and a common refugee language
