The Content Specialist should possess the following minimum qualifications:

  • At least two (2) years of experience auditing the content of a complex website.
  • You should document the number of years of experience in:
  • Large scope content migration, planning, and implementation.
  • Content categorization using taxonomies.
  • Document organization and associated metadata.
  • Analyzing and grading content readability.
  • Working with various teams across a large organization to create a cohesive content plan.
  • Working with images, video, and other media.

The Content Specialist will:

  • Migrate all content to the new website, including uploading, maintaining and optimizing
  • Organize new and existing content
  • Optimize content to meet SEO and web accessibility standards
  • Create a content strategy
  • Create a content calendar
  • Create, edit and proofread all content
