Work Type: OnsiteShifts: Day Shift - 07:00 AM to 07:30 PM Night Shift - 07:00 PM to 07:30 AMShift Schedule: 12-hour rotating shifts - 2 days on, 2 days off, 3 days on, 3 days off and the candidates who opted for the night shift should be available for training purposes in the day shift for the first 4 to 6 weeks 4 to 5 days a week.Summary:The Core Technician is a scientist role and will be responsible for performing a variety of tasks associated with the production of sterile biological pharmaceutical products.Key responsibilities:
  • Knowledgeable and complies with all pertinent safety policies, rules, and regulations.
  • Ensure that all team members comply with safety rules and regulations.
  • Maintenance of quality systems and cGMP compliance for the business by ensuring that all team members comply with processes, procedures, and instructions for all activities in which the team participates.
  • Able to perform procedures according to written guidelines and recognize a deviation from accepted practice.
  • A majority of the work is done in a cleanroom environment.
  • While working in the cleanroom, scrubs, hairnet, shoe covers, hood, gown, mask, boots, and two pairs of gloves are required.
  • Must be capable of motivating others, and creating a positive work climate where inter-departmental collaboration, coaching, and performance feedback are continuous.
  • Capable of clearly assigning objectives, setting measuring, and monitoring progress, marshaling resources, and handling competing priorities.
  • Experienced at establishing clear directions, leading others, and bringing out their best.
Key requirements:
  • 1 to 3 years of prior experience
  • Bachelor's Degree in Life Sciences preferred.
  • Intermediate Lab experience within a cGMP clinical production environment.
  • Prior experience in a lab in a Cleanroom or cGMP manufacturing.
