Job Title: Office Manager

Job Description:
The Office Manager’s primary function will be to assist office organization and communication with our staff, clients, and customers. This position will require 25-40 hours per week in the Martinez, GA office. Flexible schedule, no health insurance at this time. Pay: $20 per hour.

Roles and Responsibilities:
  • Return all Client and Customer messages within an agreed upon time with Owner
  • Input data of potential Client details into Trello project management app along with data throughout projects, as needed.
  • Add consults and other important tasks to Owner’s calendar
  • Contact potential clients the day before consults to confirm appointment
  • Follow up with potential clients at the request of Owner
  • Introduce Territory Managers to clients after contract is signed
  • Follow up with new clients and Managers to ensure deposit is paid. Send invoice through PayPal, if needed.
  • Review online auction sales, if needed, and answer bidder questions as time permits
  • Support the business with all clerical and office needs including, but not limited to, being present for courier pickups, assisting with urgent clerical aspects of shipping department when shipping coordinator is out, and printing auction pickups sheets when needed.
  • Manage office supplies, including items needed by the field team
  • Organize office pickups and collect alternate pickup fees when required
  • Ensure punches/timesheets are up to date and ready for payroll
  • Assist with initial pre-screen phone interviews for applicants
  • Other duties as assigned
Qualifications & Skills:
  • Bachelor’s Degree and/or related field or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Minimum of two years of experience in office management/marketing/advertising/public relations.
  • Strong computer skills with an emphasis in Social Media marketing, Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • Must possess strong communication skills, (verbal and written) as well as analytical analysis abilities.
Physical/Environmental Requirements:
  • Constant sitting, listening and talking.
  • Ability to frequently lift approximately 10-25 lbs.
