Responsibilities
  • FSAs have an opportunity to develop their own life insurance and financial services business, and to build lasting relationships with Farmers agency owners who ask the FSA to help them introduce life insurance and financial services options to current Farmers customers in their agencies
  • Developing relationships with other Farmers agency owners to offer life insurance and financial services products to existing Farmers customers
  • Access to support resources, including dedicated contacts and training opportunities
  • Meet new business production goals and objectives as established
  • Develop new Financial Services opportunities
  • Maintain knowledge of new products and services.
  • Prospects for new business by following sales leads generated from referrals, networking, marketing, cold-calling, and lead databases

Requirements
  • Series 6 and 63, Life Insurance licenses and/or authorizations to sell life insurance, annuities, and financial products offered by Farmers New World Life Insurance Company (FNWL) And Farmers Financial Solutions, LLC
  • Minimum of 1 year of customer-facing sales experience in the Life and Financial Services industry
  • Willing to transfer any existing Series 6 and/or 63 FINRA registrations to a designated Broker/Dealer, and to terminate any concurrent or dual registration
  • Know how to set goals for their business and execute a plan efficiently and effectively
