Summary:

Safety Services Company is seeking a dynamic Full-Cycle, Outbound Inside Sales Representative with a proven track record of success in a fast-paced sales environment. The ideal candidate will be driven, goal-oriented, and skilled in cold calling and creative prospecting using a mix of calls, emails, and LinkedIn messages to generate the right party contact needed to achieve their sales goals. Preferred experience includes the use of sales sequencing platforms like Outreach.ai, Zoominfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and Salesforce.

 

How our Sales Representative spends their time:

  • Lead Generation and Prospecting:
    • Identify and research potential leads through various channels (e.g., social media, industry events, referrals);
    • Qualify leads to determine their suitability and potential.
  • Sales Process Management:
    • Conduct outreach via phone, email, and other communication methods to engage prospects;
    • Present and demonstrate the value of our products/services to potential clients;
    • Manage the entire sales process from initial contact to closing the deal;
    • Prepare and deliver proposals and quotations tailored to client needs.
  • Client Relationship Management:
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients;
    • Address client inquiries, provide solutions, and resolve any issues promptly;
    • Follow up with clients post-sale to ensure satisfaction and explore opportunities for upselling or cross-selling.
  • Sales Reporting and Administration:
    • Maintain accurate records of all sales activities, client interactions, and deal statuses in our CRM system;
    • Provide regular reports on sales performance, pipeline status, and market trends;
    • Collaborate with the sales team and management to develop and implement strategies to achieve sales goals.
  • Continuous Improvement:
    • Stay updated on industry trends, product knowledge, and competitive landscape;
    • Participate in training sessions and professional development opportunities to enhance sales skills.

  • Sales Acumen: Proven success in achieving and exceeding sales goals, quotas, and KPIs;
  • Negotiation: Strong sales, negotiation, and closing skills;
  • Grit and Motivation: Internally motivated advisor with a winning attitude and a growth mindset, wanting to bring solutions to the table and create lasting relationships with potential clients.
 

Qualifications:

  • Education: High School Diploma or equivalent required;
  • Experience: 1 year of call center experience in a sales environment required, or 1 year of B2B SDR (Sales Development Rep) / BDR (Business Development Rep) success in a fast-paced sales environment using a mix of contact methods and tools, including phone, emails, LinkedIn messaging, Salesforce, Outreach.ai, Zoominfo, etc;
  • Tech/Platform Experience: Required experience with Salesforce (or similar CRM) and a sales engagement platform like Outreach.ai. Additionally, LinkedIn Sales Navigator and Zoominfo experience is desired.
